The 80 / 20 Rule
On average, people remember 80% of what they see, 20% of what they read, and only 10% of what they hear. This means that if your brand is going to be remembered, you need to tell your story in a visual way.
Moreover, content that is presented with custom photographs and visual elements gets 90% more views than content without visuals. With striking imagery, your audience is more likely to take the time to read, watch, and consume the content that tells them about your company and its story.
Photographs that show the heart of your products and services don’t happen by accident. Before ever touching a camera, our team works with you to map out the story that will be told and the images that need to be captured. We visit each of your offices and work sites in turn, and afterward spend hours retouching the images to make your company and team shine.

Campaign Role
YOUR STORY is the GUIDE
In order to get the right images to tell the right stories across the right marketing pieces, you need a solid plan. This is why our photography work always starts on a whiteboard. We’ll analyze your target audience, their values, and what they’re looking for in a brand. We combine this with the emotions and tone you want to convey and weave these components together into a clear visual narrative. We then use this brand strategy to create a shot list or a description of each of the different images that will be used in your company story.
MULTI-LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY
Your shot list guides the schedule and locations for the actual photography. For some companies we only capture their team and product at their main office. For others, we schedule multiple shoots across multiple client locations, job sites, and corporate offices. The story that we are telling guides each of these decisions, as well as choices about lighting, angles, and image framing.

DIGITAL DARKROOM MAGIC
Once the raw images have been captured, we then move to post-processing. The room isn’t dark – it’s actually got a lot of sunlight and a big mug of coffee – but this is where we do all of the editing work that makes your images pop. We crop your images, reduce noise, change the balance, contrast, and exposure, and for portraits often retouch details. The sum result is a series of striking professional photographs that tell a unique visual story about who you are and what you offer.
